The clinic's secret weapon!

Kalyann Bélanger, newly qualified dental administrative assistant

While trying to decide on her next career move, Kalyann wondered how she could combine her two main interests: healthcare and administrative work. One of her aunts, who works at a dental clinic, told her about the role of dental administrative assistant—a job that would allow her to do just that.

Excited by the idea, Kalyann registered for a brief dental administrative assistant training program that took just three weeks to complete. By the end of it, she had already landed a job at the clinic she goes to for her own dental care. Needless to say, the placement rate is very high!

Kalyann loves her job, which allows her to explore her interests and develop trusting relationships with patients. She considers herself the clinic’s secret weapon”. And who knows? Maybe this position will lead to other opportunities within the clinic further down the road.
